PPILOW’s People: Elisa Angelucci!
Hi! I am Elisa. I am a fellow research at the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences at the University of Perugia. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Culture of Human Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Biotechnology, both from the University of Perugia. My main scientific activities focus on the poultry, rabbit and aquaculture sectors, with a special focus on the study of alternative and organic rearing systems and their effects on physiological status and on products quality. The main research activity within the PPILOW project is the study of many factors affecting the extensive and organic poultry farming systems (WP6).
